Payment & Cancelations

You will be charged 50% of the total cost of your reservation as a deposit upon booking (not including taxes)

If you cancel your reservation 7 or more days in advance of the check-in date, you will receive a full refund of your deposit, minus a 3% transaction fee

If you cancel your reservation less than 7 days before check-in, you forfeit your deposit

Reservations made more than 3 months before check-in have a 14-day cancelation window

A final invoice (including taxes) is sent 48 hours before check-in. Full payment is required before check-in
HOUSE RULES

Treat everyone with respect and kindness

Check-in is between 4-9pm and check-out is by 11am

No smoking, unless in a designated area

Children must be monitored at all times and are not allowed to run in the house

Respect your Innkeeper's privacy by not entering Private areas of the inn

Clean shoes are allowed to be worn in the house, but muddy/dirty/wet shoes must be removed at the front door

Pet are not allowed

Outside guests not included on the reservaiton are not allowed
