POLICIES

Payment & Cancelations

  • You will be charged 50% of the total cost of your reservation as a deposit upon booking (not including taxes)

  • If you cancel your reservation 7 or more days in advance of the check-in date, you will receive a full refund of your deposit, minus a 3% transaction fee

  • If you cancel your reservation less than 7 days before check-in, you forfeit your deposit

  • Reservations made more than 3 months before check-in have a 14-day cancelation window

  • A final invoice (including taxes) is sent 48 hours before check-in.  Full payment is required before check-in

HOUSE RULES

  • Treat everyone with respect and kindness

  • Check-in is between 4-9pm and check-out is by 11am

  • No smoking, unless in a designated area

  • Children must be monitored at all times and are not allowed to run in the house

  • Respect your Innkeeper's privacy by not entering Private areas of the inn

  • Clean shoes are allowed to be worn in the house, but muddy/dirty/wet shoes must be removed at the front door

  • Pet are not allowed

  • Outside guests not included on the reservaiton are not allowed
